At Bharat Darshan Yatra, we are committed to providing you with the best travel experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have designed this refund policy to be as fair as possible to both our travelers and our company.
The following cancellation charges will apply when a booking is cancelled. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to bharatdarshanpilgrims@gmail.com.

| 15 – 30 days | 25% of total package cost |
| 7 – 14 days | 50% of total package cost |
| 3 – 6 days | 75% of total package cost |
| Less than 3 days / No Show | 100% of total package cost (No Refund) |
Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, the refund (after deducting applicable charges) will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
If you wish to amend your booking (change of dates, destination, or number of travelers), please contact us at least 15 days before departure. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a tour due to natural calamities, political unrest, insufficient bookings, or force majeure. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour of equivalent value. We shall not be liable for any consequential losses.
