Welcome to Bharat Darshan Yatra. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. The balance amount must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking. Prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

2. Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they hold valid travel documents including passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel dates), visas, and any required permits. Bharat Darshan Yatra will not be held liable for any losses arising from inadequate documentation.

3. Health & Safety

• Travelers should be in good health and physical condition suitable for the chosen tour
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or physical limitations at the time of booking
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before departure
• Bharat Darshan Yatra shall not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the tour

4. Tour Itinerary Changes

Bharat Darshan Yatra reserves the right to modify, cancel, or alter any tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements of comparable value.

5. Conduct & Behavior

All travelers are expected to behave responsibly and with respect toward fellow travelers, local communities, and cultural heritage sites. Bharat Darshan Yatra reserves the right to remove any traveler from a tour without refund if their behavior is deemed detrimental to the group or local community.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Bharat Darshan Yatra acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the fault of any company or individual engaged in carrying out travel arrangements.

7. Force Majeure

Bharat Darshan Yatra shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, civil unrest, or government actions.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
