📌 Booking Information

  • Advance Booking ₹5,000 per person (Required to confirm booking).
  • Remaining Payment will be collected in Ayodhya before tour departure.
  • The booking amount of ₹5,000 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent immediately.
  • E-tickets for train or bus will be sent within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Valid ID proof required at the time of booking nad Journey.

🍽 Meals

  • Pure Veg Breakfast and two meals will be provided daily.
  • Each meal will include:
    • One lentil dish
    • One seasonal vegetable
    • Roti and rice
  • Alternatively, khichdi, papad, pickle, and salad may be served.
  • Vegetables and breakfast items will be prepared in pure refined oil.

🏨 Accommodation

  • Rooms will be on a twin-sharing basis.
  • Each room will have attached bathrooms.
  • Travelers must carry their room keys with them.
  • Rooms will be allocated near major pilgrimage sites when possible.
  • Check-in and check-out assistance provided by tour guides.
  • Room security and personal belongings are the responsibility of individual travelers.

  • Each traveler must carry a valid Aadhaar card / Voter ID for identification
  • Bring sturdy, comfortable luggage with locks for security.
  • Carry at least a 15-day supply of essential medications, if required.
  • Keep valuables (cash, documents, electronics) on your person at all times.
  • Use lightweight, easy-to-carry bags for daily sightseeing.
  • Ensure all luggage is clearly labeled with your name and contact details.
  • Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • Professional spiritual guides accompany you throughout the tour.
  • Guides assist with temple darshan logistics and timings.
  • Buses will drop you at the nearest parking; guides arrange short rickshaw or walking transfers to temples(paid by pessangers).
  • After darshan, guides coordinate return to hotel transport.
  • Guides provide historical and cultural insights at each pilgrimage site.
  • English and Hindi-speaking guides available; local language assistance in Nepal.
  • 24/7 guide support for any travel assistance or queries.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • In case of natural calamities (landslides, heavy rain, floods, etc.), the journey may be canceled for the safety of travelers.
  • Deposited amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Entire payment must be submitted at least 5 days before the journey.
  • Extra expenses, shopping, or personal costs will be borne by travelers.
  • Travelers are responsible for their own luggage security.
  • Misbehavior, consumption of intoxicants, or disrespect to pilgrimage sites can result in immediate removal from the tour.
  • All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Hindaun court.
